Owner + Chiropractor
Dr. Moran is a dedicated chiropractor with a passion for enhancing wellness through holistic care. She grew up in Lowville, NY and continued her studies at Oswego State University, participating in four years of division III cross-country, indoor & outdoor track & field. She graduating with a degree in Biology, and then continued onto chiropractic college at New York Chiropractic College. With over 23 years of experience in spinal adjustments and therapeutic techniques, Dr. Moran specializes in treating back pain, headaches, and other common ailments, as well as prenatal and postnatal chiropractic, supporting both mothers and babies through every stage of pregnancy. Whether treating everyday discomfort, athletic performance needs, or chronic spinal conditions, Dr. Moran’s goal is always the same—empowering each patient to reach their highest level of function and well‑being. She focuses on restoring proper biomechanics, reducing pain, and supporting long‑term wellness through evidence‑informed chiropractic care. She is known for her thorough assessments, personalized treatment plans, and her ability to explain complex conditions in a way patients can easily understand.
When Dr. Moran is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her children, her husband and her three dogs. She spends a lot of time outdoors and continues to endulge in athletics. She’s competed in several running races, 5 full-140.6 mile IronMan triathlons and several Half-70.3mile triathlons, including two World Championships.

She’s a friendly voice on the phone, the calm problem‑solver behind the scenes, and the upbeat presence that keeps the office running like a well‑oiled machine. Known for her exceptional communication, attention to detail, and genuine care for every patient who walks through the door, she ensures each visit feels seamless, supportive, and stress‑free. Her passion for helping others, her knowledge about the intricacies of the insurance world, Chiropractic, Red Light Therapy and her ability to juggle a dozen tasks with grace make her an essential part of our chiropractic team—and the reason so many patients feel right at home.
